| 1. When Should I place an order? |
| Interested customers are advised to confirm their orders with us 1-2 months prior to the expected delivery date.

| 2. What time will the food be delivered to my place? |
Our delivery time for lunch are between 11.00am to 1.30pm and dinner will be from 5.00pm to 7.30 pm.
Delivery time is dependable on traffic conditions and delivery routes.

| 3. What containers will be used to store the food? |
| We use Tupperware containers that are microwaveable.
This will ensure that the food can be conveniently reheated if necessary.

| 4. Do I need to wash the containers after consumption? |
| We will strongly advice customers to empty and wash the containers for hygiene purposes.

| 5. What if I do not take some of the dishes? |
| Changing of dishes are possible on a case-to-case basis. Please call our staffs for more assistance on the changes available. |
| 6. What are the payment modes and what are the payment schedules like? |
| We accept either cash or cheque payment.
For orders above $800.00, we will collect a 50% payment on the first delivery and then the balance half way through the rendering of the package.

| 7. Will I need to place a deposit upon confirmation? |
| We will collect a minimal deposit of $100.00 upon the confirmation of an order, after which the order will be sent to our central kitchen as an advance order.

| 8. How do I know when to commence my meal? |
| You can inform us once the hospital informs you of your discharging date and time.
|
| What if I am breastfeeding my baby? |
Our customers who breastfeed their babies have similar questions regarding ginger and wine. We would advice them to feed their babies before consuming our meals.
By the next meal, the ginger and wine contents in the mummy’s body would have been excreted through urination.
Alternatively, you may like to extract the breast milk into milk bottles before eating and feed your baby when their feeding time is up. |

- Request of disposable container at $3 per unit.
- Please give 1 day of notification change of delivery address.
- Please give 1 day of notification for any postponement of meal.
- Please present any voucher or membership at the point of purchase.
- 20% cancellation charges will be 20% of the original purchase price |
